Helping Our Brother Bring Jesus to Ukraine

We received a text from Vlad Oneshenko, who we love dearly, and is part of our tribe here in NW Arkansas. His best friend Nick, whom he met doing missions with “Flame of Fire” in Ethiopia, is going to Ukraine to help the people in Ukraine. He is Ukrainian and many of his family live there. He and others are working with “Awakening Europe” to set up refugee camps in Poland. They cannot set them up in Ukraine because the camps will most likely get bombed. Marika, Vlad’s wife, said that most of the people in Ukraine are living in underground bomb shelters and it takes 20-30 hours to cross the border into Poland. The ministries are not only providing shelter and necessities but telling about the hope in Jesus, because many are destitute & just hopeless.

There is a fascinating story about how Albie met with the Russians, which was prophesied to them before he came. Albie’s story connects with Vlad, who lives here in NW Arkansas, along with these other radical, Charismatic Ukrainians. We know these folks- solid believers who have the heart of Jesus.
